Check-in is available from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Yes, booking a late check-out is possible for a fee. A late check-out means that you do not have to check out until 1 p.m. instead of 11 a.m. The cost of booking an additional late check-out will be revealed during the booking process.

Yes, booking an EarlyBird is possible for a fee. EarlyBird means that you can check in as early as 1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m. The cost of additional booking of an EarlyBird will be revealed during the booking process.

Yes, you need to discuss this with the lobby. The key will then be left in a key box.
What are the opening hours of the park?
What are the opening hours of the park?
The lobby is usually open Monday through Sunday between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.. In low season or on quieter days, the lobby may be temporarily closed - for example, on Tuesdays. We adjust our opening hours weekly according to how busy the park is.
Current opening hours are always clearly communicated on site, at the lobby. So you know exactly when to find us. Of course, we are available by phone outside opening hours for urgent questions.

Yes, the beds are made for you.
Should I pick up the linen upon departure?
Should I pick up the linen upon departure?
Yes, upon departure all beds should be taken off. The linens are to be placed in one pillowcase in the hallway.

Yes, you will receive a towel pack per person. Consisting of 1 bath towel and 1 towel. For the kitchen you will receive a tea towel and towel. If you want to extend these packages, please indicate this at the lobby.

Yes, renting a crib and high chair is possible.
Please note that this is a crib without bed linen and mattress.

No, the accommodation is not cleaned during the stay.

Some accommodations are equipped with mosquito nets. You can specify this under the additional amenities in the booking process.

No, our villas are not specially equipped for disabled/minor disabled persons.

Yes, an AED is available at the park lobby. Staff present are also trained to use it.

Our park is equipped with a barrier, which allows access only to authorized persons. At the park we operate a quiet time from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am and it is not possible to drive into the park. Of course, exiting is possible 24/7.
How do I redeem my voucher?

The email you received from us contains a unique voucher code. You need to enter this code when making an online reservation.

We do not accept cash payments at the lobby. It is, of course, possible to pay by debit/credit card.

Yes, each accommodation has its own router and wifi network.

Yes, each accommodation has private parking for one car.
Can I bring my pet with me?

Pets are allowed only in the pet-friendly accommodations with a maximum number of 2 per accommodation. If you bring a pet you are required to indicate it in the party when making the reservation. The cost of a pet will be clarified during the booking process.

No, this is not allowed. At the park, pets must be leashed.
When should I pay for my reservation?

All reservations booked more than 6 weeks prior to arrival require payment of 30% of the reservation.
For reservations made within 6 weeks before arrival, the entire reservation must be paid.
Can I still cancel my reservation?

For reservations and cancellations, we use the Recron conditions, which state exactly what possibilities there are regarding the cancellation of your reservation. You can also take out cancellation insurance with us. In this case you can cancel your reservation free of charge until the day of arrival. If you have paid in advance, we will refund the amount paid.

These are the fees you have to pay when you choose a specific accommodation on the map. The costs will be revealed during the booking process.

At the park itself there are no children's facilities and/or entertainment. In the vicinity there are many opportunities to do things with children. These can be found on the website under environment and in the MarinaParken app.

Yes, you can rent e-bikes and e-bikes. We also rent E-choppers and boat rentals are also available. This can be done directly through our website or through the MarinaParken app.

Yes, this is possible in the water your accommodation is adjacent to. In the adjoining lakes there are also plenty of swimming possibilities and several islets and beaches.

The park does not have a supermarket, but in the nearby village there is an Albert Heijn a Jumbo and a Boni.

There is no restaurant at the park. There are many restaurants in the nearby village and surrounding area. You can also find these on our website and in the MarinaParken app.
Can I barbecue at my accommodation?

Yes, provided you use an electric barbecue. Charcoal and briquettes/open flames are not allowed.

Yes, fishing can be done from the garden of the accommodation and on the Loosdrechtse Plassen there are also fishing possibilities. In most areas it is mandatory to be in possession of a VIS pass, which you can order online.

No, you can refine a search and make a reservation with preference at the search & book.

Yes, you can moor it at the jetty of your accommodation. Just keep in mind the size of the boat. No wider than 2.50 meters and draft 0.60 meters.

It is not allowed to set off fireworks at our park.

Electric cars can be charged at our charging station in the parking lot near the lobby. The charging station has capacity for 2 cars. Current rates can be requested from the lobby.
What type of coffee maker is used?
What type of coffee maker is used?
We use a coffee cup machine, usually a Nespresso machine. This machine only works with Nespresso compatible cups. Other types of cups or coffee, such as filter coffee or pads, are not compatible with this machine. Make sure you use the right cups for optimal coffee taste!
